Four (4) Tips how to cook your spaghetti
Ingredients:
* 8 oz spaghetti
* 4 slices of bacon, diced
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 2 large eggs
* 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
* Salt and pepper to taste
* Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water.
1. In a large skillet, cook diced bacon over medium heat until crispy. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
1. Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet with the bacon and garlic. Remove from heat and quickly toss with the egg mixture, using tongs to coat the pasta evenly. If the mixture seems too dry, gradually add reserved pasta water until desired consistency is reached.
